Returns and Refunds Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from questshelter.com. If you are not completely happy with your game equipment, you may return it under our Return and Refund Policy. Please read the following sections carefully to understand the process and requirements for returns and refunds.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, including any tags or labels. If you choose not to use a trackable shipping method, we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refund Process

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or model, you must return the original item and place a new order for the desired item. Follow the return process outlined above to initiate your return, and then you can purchase the new item separately.
